AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR CLUTCH ASSY HAD FAILED AFTER 58.0 HOURS OF AIRCRAFT OPERATION. APPEARS THAT THE ELECTRIC CLUTCH ASSY HAD BEEN ACTIVATED CONTINOUSLY AND OPERATED WHENEVER THE ENGINE WAS OPERATING.
