## Discrepancy

ROLL PIN BROKE ALLOWING SLIP RING TO MOVE OUT OF POSITION CAUSING A HYDRAULIC LOCK IN PROPELLER OPERATION.  PROPELLER REMAINED IN LOW PITCH, HIGH RPM.  REASON FOR PIN FAILURE UNKNOWN.
