## Discrepancy

WHEEL HALVES BADLY CORRODED, GALVANIC CORROSION WHERE STEEL KEYS ARE LOCATED IN INNER WHEEL HALF.  APPEARS TO BE FROM LONG TIME SETTING OUT OF USE.  OUTSIDE STORAGE APPARENTLY AFFECTED CORROSION.
