## Discrepancy

MOD-16 (OPTO COUPLER) BEING INSTALLED BY MANUFACTURER.  FOUND IT INCORRECTLY WIRED, CAUSING THE OVERTEMP PROTECTION CIRCUIT TO BECOME INOPERATIVE.
