## Discrepancy

CRACKS IN TWO STIFFENERS AT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SPAR, ONE RT SIDE OF FUSELAGE ABOVE THE SPAR.  THE OTHER IN HORIZONTAL STIFFENER LOWER LEFT SIDE.  FOUND WHILE INSPECTING IAW SPECIAL AIRWORTHINESS INFORMATION BULLETIN NR CE-04-34.
