## Discrepancy

DURING LANDING PILOT REPORTED THAT HE COULD NOT RETARD THROTTLE.  SUSPECT BEARINGS INSIDE CABLE ARE FREEZING UP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED CABLE ASSY.
