## Discrepancy

OIL LEAK NOTED ON LOWER COWL.  DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, NR 1 OIL DRAIN TUBE FOUND CHAFED BY CARB HEAT SCAT HOSE.  SCAT HOSE WAS ROUTED BETWEEN OIL DRAIN TUBE AND NR 1CYCLINDER EXHAUST STACK.
