## Discrepancy

THE SLEEVE ON THE RUDDER HINGE PIN CAME LOOSE FROM ITS LOCTITED POSITION ON THE PIN AND WORKED UP INTO THE CAVITY ABOVE THE BEARING ON THE FIN. RUDDER HAD CONSIDERABLE PLAY AT THE TOP.
