## Discrepancy

CONDUCTED ANNUAL INSPECTION ON AIRCRAFT.  FOUND BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT WING FLAP CONTROL ROD ATTACH POINTS TO CONTROL SURFACES TO BE CRACKED.  SPECULATE DAMAGE MAY HAVE BEEN INDUCED BY WIND ACTION AND LACK OF USE OF CONTROL SURFACE LOCK.
