## Discrepancy

SPAR INSPECTED IAW 00-25-02R1.  FOUND 2 CRACKS IN BUTT END,  DOUBLER PLATES APPEAR TO BE LOOSENING.  CRACKS ARE HORIZONTAL ACROSS THE END GRAIN.
