## Discrepancy

NDT ELEVATOR ROCKER IAW ASTM E-1444.  CLEANED AND MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTED IAW ASTM E-1444 AND NDT MT-001.  CRACKS FOUND IN SEVERAL PLACES.  LACK OF PENETRATION AROUND MANY WELDS.  RED TAGGED PART.
