## Discrepancy

PILOT COMPLAINED OF STUCK THROTTLE ON GROUND.  FOUND ALTERNATE AIR DOOR BROKEN OFF AND WEDGED IN THROTTLE BODY.  HINGE APPEARED TO HAVE WORN COMPLETELY THROUGH.
