## Discrepancy

NEW STYLE, PN SEGMENT INSTALLED AT HSI 258 HRS PRIOR.  THIS NEW STYLE SEGMENT SHIFTS AFT RESULTING IN HOT SECTION FAILURE.  VERY COMMON WITH THIS PN SEGMENT 3053094/ MFG NEEDS TO CHANGE DESIGN.
