## Discrepancy

FASTENER HOLE ON RT SIDE OF KEEL BEAM AT STA 710 LOWER CHORD FLANGE, UPPER SURFACE ELONGATED OUT OF LIMITS.  MAJOR REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED.  FABRICATED STRAP AND FILLER REPAIR.
