WHEEL ASSEMBLY RETURNED FOR LOOSE BOLTS, OF 18 BOLTS INSTALLED 10 WERE FOUND TO HAVE LOOSENED.  MFG HAS NOW RELEASED SERVICE LETTER F6137-32-843 TO RESOLVE.
