## Discrepancy

MULTIPLE CRACKS WERE FOUND DURING MAGNAFLUX INSPECTION.  BOTTOM AND TOP OF PITCH CHANGE YOKE.  EXCESSIVE STRESS MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE CAUSE OF FAILURE.
