LT HAND TRANSMISSION COWLING FRETTING AGAINST ADJACENT COWLING.  DZUS FASTENER DOES NOT HOLD COWLING WITH ENOUGH TENSION, CAUSING FRETTING.  MOVEMENT CAUSED CRACK AT BOTTOM DZUS RAIL. (K)
