## Discrepancy

LT AND RT FURTHEST OB ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET ON THE STABILIZER WERE BROKEN.  IT APPEARS TO BE FROM WIND GUSTS.  THE CENTER 3 HINGES WERE UNAFFECTED.
