## Discrepancy

HYDRAULIC PUMP TACH DRIVE COUPLING BRAZED WELDING FAILED CAUSING COUPLING TO SEPARATE FROM DRIVE GEAR SHAFT.  MFG SHOULD CHECK THE STRENGTH OF BRAZE AFTER WELDING.  WHEN THIS COUPLING FAILS, LOSS OF ROTOR TACH OCCURS.  (K)
