## Discrepancy

HYDRAULIC PUMP TACH DRIVE COUPLING BRAZED WELDING FAILED CAUSING COUPLING TO BECOME LOOSE.  MFG SHOULD CHECK THE STRENGTH OF BRAZE AFTER WELDING.  WHEN THIS COUPLING FAILS, LOST OF ROTOR TACH OCCURS.  (K)
