DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND PRECISE FLIGHT SVS V, SN 17245 (T-FITTING) LOOSE IN HOUSING.  IF FITTING PULLED OUR YOU WOULD HAVE COMPLETE VACUUM SYS FAILURE.  (K)
