RETURNED TO ORD DUE TO FUEL FILTER EICAS MESSAGE.   REPLACED MAIN FUEL FILTER, RAN ENGINE NO FAULTS OR LEAKS, CLEARED MESSAGE. NO REPEATS SINCE EVENT.  NO ADDITIONAL FINDINGS AS ENGINEERING NEVER RECEIVED THE FUEL FILTER.
