## Discrepancy

UPON REMOVAL OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILATOR FOR BEARING REPLACEMENT, A CRACK WAS NOTED COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE LEFT HINGE BRACKET THAT IS RIVETED TO THE SPAR OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILATOR.  (K)
