## Discrepancy

OIL COOLER BLOWER APPEARS TO BE FOD`D OUT.  ONE BLADE WAS FOUND ENABLED IN THE HOUSING.  THE OUT OF BALANCE SITUATION BROKE ALL (4) BEARING CARRIER LEGS.  DAMAGED BLOWER WAS REPLACED AND AC WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (K)
