DURING THE COURSE OF A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, THE RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER WAS REMOVED TO TROUBLESHOOT A PROBLEM WITH AN AUXILIARY STROBE LIGHT THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE STABILIZER.
