ELEC STANDBY SYS ELECTRICAL DC-STANDBY POWER SYSTEM FAILED THE SYSTEM SELF-CHECK.  [07-06-07]  REPLACED BUSS TIE,  MAIN BATTERY RELAY.  AIRPLANE OK FOR SERVICE.
