RIGHT HF INOPERATIVE IN TRANSMIT.   TRIED NEW TRANCEIVER NO HELP. SWAPPED RADIO CONTROL PANELS, NO HELP.  REPLACED RIGHT HF COUPLER, CHECKED OK.
