## Discrepancy

FLIGHT DIVERTED DUE TO LOSS OF WATER PRESSURE AND VIBRATION ISSUES.   WATER FILL VALVE WAS LEFT IN OPEN POSITION CAUSING BOTH WATER LOSS AND AFT AIRFRAME VIBRATION.   SERVICED WATER SYSTEM AND CLOSED VALVE.
