## Discrepancy

PROP REMOVED DUE TO NR 1 BLADE LOOSE IN HUB.  NR 1 BLADE SN 689 WAS FOUND TO HAVE A CRACKED OUTER SLEEVE ON BLADE ROOT END.  BLADE WAS REJECTED AND REMOVED FROM FURTHER SERVICE.  (K)
