NOSE TIRE FOUND FLAT IN HANGER. DISASSEMBLE FOUND SMALL SLIT IN OUTSIDE CIRCUMFERENCE OF TUBE TYPICAL OF OTHER FLAT TIRES FROM SAME MFG.  SAMPLE FAILED TUBES HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO MFG FOR EVALUATION.
