## Discrepancy

VACUUM PUMP FAILED TO DEVELOP ANY AIR OUTPUT UPON INSTALLATION.  REMOVED PUMP AND INSPECTED, SUSPECT VANES ARE NOT SLIDING OUT AGAINST CYLINDER WALL THUS NOT ALLOWING ANY AIR TO BE DEVELOPED.  (K)
