TCAS LWR ANTENNA, HARD FAULT.  REMOVED & REPLACED LOWER TCAS ANTENNA PER MM34-45-01-401, OPERATIONAL CHECK PER MM34-45-00-501.  RESET ENTIRE SYSTEM, GROUND CHECK NORMAL.
