RUDDER TRIM FAILED TO TRIM IN POS 988 (01=L, 02=R) DIRECTION.  CREW COMMENTS:  RUDDER TRIM WOULD ONLY MOVE LEFT AFTER FIRST MOVING TRIM TO RIGHT.
