## Discrepancy

WHILE UNDERGOING A PREFLIGHT INSP, THE ACFT HIT WITH A HIGH WIND GUST, CAUSING THE ACFT TO SPIN.  THE RADOME HIT A MX VAN PARKED ABOUT 10 FEET AWAY, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE RADOME ASSY.
