## Discrepancy

UNABLE TO CONTROL COCKPIT OR CABIN TEMP IN BOTH MANUAL AND AUTO CONTROLLER MODES. THE CONTROLLER DID NOTHING IN BOTH MODES UNTIL 10,000', SEEMED TO WORK LOWER.
