## Discrepancy

DURING THE REMOVAL OF THE RUDDER, LWR STABILIZER HINGE ASSY WAS FOUND WITH HEAVY CORROSION. THIS CORROSION WAS NOT VISIBLE WITHOUT REMOVING THE RUDDER.  (K)
