## Discrepancy

SPOOL BEARING ASSY FAILED INTERNALLY.  BEARING ASSY NO LONGER ROTATES.  THE UPPER BEARING LOWER SHIELD AND RETAINER HAS COME OFF, BEARING BALLS ARE LOOSE.  THE LWR BEARING IS INTACT BUT NO LONGER ROTATES.  (K)
