## Discrepancy

DURING LANDING, THE MLG BOLT FAILED.  INVESTIGATION INDICATES THE CHAMFERED WASHER MS2002C12 WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.   BOLT TIME IN SERVICE IS UNKNOWN.
