## Discrepancy

TOP RUDDER ATTACH BRACKET CRACKED OUT OF REAR SPAR ON THE VERTICAL FIN.  NOTICED CRACK AT ANNUAL INSP.  THE RUDDER BEARINGS ARE ALL FREE AND OK.  POSSIBLY INSTALL A HEAVIER REAR SPAR.
