## Discrepancy

NOSE TIRE WENT FLAT DURING TAXI FOR TAKEOFF.  FOUND HOLE IN SIDEWALL OF TUBE.  HAVE SEEN THIS DEFECT MANY TIMES IN NOSE AND MAIN TIRE TUBES IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
