## Discrepancy

(GVRR) UPPER SEAT BASE ASSY CRACKED AT CHAIR BACK ATTACH POINTS.  STRESS ON CHAIR BACK AND METAL FATIGUE PROBABLE CAUSE.  ALSO PREVIOUS INAPPROPRIATE REPAIR.  CHAIR WAS REPAIRED IAW STC 01042WI.
