INSTALLED A NEW LAMP PN Q4581 ON ACFT.  ACFT MADE (1) LANDING AFTER THE INSTALLATION AND THE ELEMENT FELL OUT OF ITS SOLDERED LOCATION INSIDE THE GLOBE.  PROBABLE CAUSE: SOLDERED JOINT DEFECTIVE.
