WINDSHIELD DEFOG FAILS FUNCTIONAL TEST.  REMOVED AND INSTALLED REPAIRED WINDSHIELD DEFOG BOX ASSY. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE WINDSHIELD DEFOG CONTROL SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
