STARTER ADAPTER FAILURE.  THIS IS THE SECOND ON THIS ACFT.  ACFT PREVIOUSLY HAD A ACFT MFG SUPPLIED STARTER, AFTER THIS STARTER ADAPTER FAILURE, REPLACED WITH M-DRIVE STARTER.
