DURING O/H EVALUATION, FOUND PITCH CHANGE ROD PN D3474 TO BE WORN UNDER MINIMUM DIMENSIONS. ROD WAS INSTALLED ON JAN 26, 2011 DURING A REPAIR, IT HAD 30.8 HOURS SINCE NEW.
