LEFT ENGINE THROTTLE CABLE STUCK, UNABLE TO ADVANCE ABOVE IDLE. MFG HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND IS AWARE OF THIS REACURRING PROBLEM. THIS IS THE 3RD LEFT THROTTLE CABLE REPLACED ON THIS ACFT.
