## Discrepancy

DURING ANNUAL INSP, INPECTOR NOTED ONE BRACKET AIR FILTER ELEMENT, PN BA3 TO HAVE SEPARATED AT SEAM.  INSPECTOR NOTES HAVING FOUND SEVERAL OTHER FILTERS FAILED IN THE SAME WAY.
