EE ACFT COZY MK IV PHASE I FLIGHT, CB POPPED TWICE, ACFT LANDED NOSE GEAR UP.  ACFT HAS 1 HR FLIGHT TIME.  ACTUATOR (NOSE LIFT) INSTALLED NEW BUT HAS SET FOR 10 YRS WHILE ACFT WAS BEING BUILT.
