PILOT REPORTED TAXI LIGHT INOP. ON TROUBLESHOOTING, TECH FOUND CIRCUIT BREAKER TO BE AT FAULT.  INSTALLED NEW CIRCUIT BREAKER, OPS CHECKED OK. NO PROBABLE CAUSE OR RECOMMENDATIONS AT THIS TIME.
