PILOT REPORTED LANDING LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  ON TROUBLESHOOTING THE TECH FOUND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER AT FAULT.  INSTALLED NEW CIRCUIT BREAKER.  OPS CHECKED OK.
